<description>The posting for the Used Dinerware system in San Fransisco has some incorrect information on it that I wanted to notify someone about. There IS a relicensing/transfer charge for any software that is purchased. Software is licensed to the business owner, not the restaurant, so if a customer were to purchase that item, they will need to contact us at Dinerware to re license the software to them, and the charge for a new owner is $995.00 per license/workstation, since it is essentially a new business. If the system is sold along with the restaurant and the business name and address don&#039;t change, the charge is only $249.00 per workstation. The Heartland interface is actually $595.00, but a customer can choose any processor they want, and there are no integration charges for some.

It is very important that people purchasing used systems are aware that they WILL need to pay some sort of re licensing fee, this isn&#039;t just a Dinerware thing, it&#039;s fairly standard in the POS industry. I just wanted to make your customers aware of this.

Thanks
